This research paper deals with health issues from a realistic perspective, which aims to understand and explain these type of issues, based on the assumptions and intellectual backgrounds from which this perception is based, by standing at the national interest and its relationship to infectious diseases, biosecurity, as well as the militarization of health, and health institutions in serving countries.
