The phenomenon of minorities has become an expression of an important salt of global stability, due to the ethnic, linguistic and religious differences hat color the world monitoring the various international, regional and Arab mechanisms and efforts for the protection of minorities the study also aims to seek the extent of the success of the new constitutions of the Arab spring countries in promoting and protecting the individual and collective rights of their minorities through a comparative study between the new constitutional texts of Tunisia and Egypt the study came to the conclusion that the weakness of the constitutional outcome on the issue of the constitutional consolidation of the rights of minorities in both Tunisia and Egypt, and that the problem of minorities cannot be solved unless it is taken as an important axis of internal democratic openness and internal reconciliation between groups of the people before it is too late and their out of control into the field of external intervention.
