The current study aimed to identify the relationship between the quality of functional life and organizational commitment among a sample of employees of the public lnstitution for Neighborhood Health in Hassi Bahbah, in the State of Djelfa Sample of 60 out 366 worker, As adata collection tool, and after entering this information into the Social Statistical Package (SPSS) program, we reached the following results: There is a correlation between the quality of functional life and organizational commitment among a sample of employees of the public lnstitution for Neighborhood Health in Hassi Bahbah, Djelfa.
