Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the mechanisms for applying the principles of governance in Algerian institutions, as the correct application of the principles of governance and in the necessary form requires mechanisms that help in this.

It was concluded that Algeria has the desire to build an institutional framework for governance by making a series of efforts, such as issuing the Charter of Good Governance, and a new accounting financial system that complies with international accounting standards.
