This study aims to explore the role of organizational learning with its various mechanisms (knowledge identification mechanisms, knowledge orption mechanisms and knowledge investment mechanisms) in achieving strategic agility from the point of view of the employees of SAIDAL group, Constantine Branch.

The study used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information from the respondents.

The data was analyzed using regression models.

The results confirmed the existence of a statistically significant positive role for organizational learning in achieving strategic agility
