Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the relationship between organizational culture and the pattern of social relations and their role in improving the level of higher education and the importance of this in enhancing the quality of education within the university.

to achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to its relevance to the nature of the study on a sample of 180 professors from the university of Bouira the results reached: 1- there is a predominant organizational culture in the university.

2- there are positive social relations among professors 3- there is a prevalent correlation between the prevailing organizational culture and the pattern of social relations within the university that contribute to improving higher education, which contributes to raising the quality of education.
