This study aims to search for the role of organizational culture in the development of administrative creativity, so we took the directorate of youth and sports as a model for that.

the results showed that the participation of workers in making decisions has an effective role in improving returns, whether at the level of achievement or production.

where a set of proposals, ideas and new methods are presented that contribute to solving the problems that hinder the work of the directorate, and this is what makes the network of relations between employees and management more solid and strong, and mutual trust prevails.

it also works to create an atmosphere of competition in the work environment that increases creativity.
