For instance, restricting fundamental rights and freedoms beyond constitutional principles is possible, including the administrative disruption of judicial rulings stamped by the executive formula.

The risk here lies within the deviation of administration and the exploitation of these circumstances to reach illegitimate goals, such as breaching the principle of compulsory enforcement of judicial rulings under res judicata.
