Abstract AR
لقد أدى استخدام التكنولوجيا و انتشارها في المؤسسات التعليمية المختلفة إلى ضرورة إحداث تغييرات جذرية في تأهيل و تنمية الأساتذة مهنيا.
لذا أتت هذه الدراسة لتبين حتمية تدريب الأساتذة على كيفية تطبيق التكنولوجيا بفعالية في التدريس و التعلم من أجل ضمان نجاح التعليم الالكتروني.
فالتعليم في عصر التكنولوجيا يحتاج إلى أساتذة يمتلكون مهارات و معارف و معلومات عن جوهر المستجدات التكنولوجية وتوظيفها في العملية التعليمية.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لابد على الأستاذ الجامعي من القيام بأدوار جديدة تتماشى مع التقدم العلمي و التكنولوجي، و مع مطالب ثورة المعلومات و الاتصالات وذلك بامتلاكه مهارات التعامل مع التكنولوجيا المتطورة.
لذا لابد لنا من أن نراجع واقع امتلاك الأستاذ الجامعي للمهارات الكافية حتى يتمكن من التفعال مع نظام التعليم الالكتروني
Abstract EN
The use of technology and its spread in various educational institutions has led to the necessity of making fundamental changes in the qualification and development of professors professionally, as teachers must be trained on how to apply technology effectively in teaching and learning in order to ensure the success of e-learning.
The professor must assume new roles in line with the tremendous scientific and technological progress, and with the demands of the information and communication revolution by possessing the skills to deal with this advanced technology especially the computer and the Internet.
