The protection of human rights in the time of the pandemic, the Covid-19 virus, is one of the most important basic topicsincluded in the various international conventions and local legislation of countries, and what distinguishes these rights from others is the epidemiological situation witnessed by the contemporary international community, as every violation of these rights has become a clear violation of the sanctity, the human body and respect for its biological integrity and human dignity.

This study aims to uncover the various repercussions that have afflicted the most important human rights and public freedoms in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, with a focus on legal protection standards adopted in the same context.
