The effect of family immunity on money crimes is numerous in the scope of criminalization and punishment, depending on the degree and strength of kinship, as it may result in exempting the perpetrator from punishment if only among the assets or branches is harmful to each other, and this exemption only entitles the right to civil compensation.

It also results in restricting the freedom of the Public Prosecution to initiate a public lawsuit against the complaint of the injured person between spouses, relatives, footnotes or in-laws up to the fourth degree, and he still has the right to dispose of the complaint in terms of filing or relinquishing it or refrain from originally filing it.
