Abstract EN

The dissolution of parliament is characterized by its many and varied forms which may differ according to the different parliamentary systems which approved the dissolution, and the Algerian constitutional system is one of these systems, as it approved the dissolution of the National People's Assembly in all the constitutions known in Algeria.

Therefore, in this study, we have targeted the identifier of the types of the solution that were mentioned in the constitutional amendment for the year 2020, as we found that the constitutional founder took from the types of the solution my solution which is obligatory as well as the presidential solution.
