And we have come to the need for the host country to conclude agreements with these companies to achieve the best contractual terms, as well as establish government bodies to oversee the actions of these multinational companies and monitor their activities, and set maximum limits for the share of these companies in the capital as well as profits transferred abroad, The host country retains its full right to subscribe for expansion or capital increase, provided that the share of these companies does not exceed 49%.
