The role that the work environment plays in developing administrative creativity has become among the most important priorities of market leaders.

The goal behind this research is to clarify the importance of the work environment and its impact on administrative creativity in the Regional Directorate of Mobilis Bechar.

Therefore, the research tried to answer the following problem: What is the effect of the work environment on the administrative creativity of employees, and the study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach to show the effect of the work environment in its dimensions, namely: Communication, working conditions, technology used, teamwork, participation in decision-making on administrative creativity in the Regional Directorate of Bechar Mobilis.

The results of the field study, which included an estimated sample of 100 individuals from the Directorate's workers, confirmed the validity of the main hypothesis that the work environment has a positive effect on administrative creativity.
