Abstract EN

This study attempts to provide an assessment of the media coverage of the issues of the Maghreban child in the diaspora in light of the challenges faced by the Arab and Muslim community in Western countries.

At the forefront of these challenges is the preservation of its identity.

Through this study, we will apprehend the legal framework for media coverage of childhood issues, evaluate this coverage, and propose some important solutions that enable a strong media to face the challenges faced by Arab and Muslim families in order to preserve the identity of their children and ensure a sound education for them.
