Abstract EN

This article dealt with an intellectual proposal based on the necessity to seriously review the issues of cognitive integration between different sciences, especially those that categorized in one section, including the various types of humanities with their specializations on the one hand and Islamic sciences on the other hand, in addition to that intellectual approach which is the main subject of the article that sheds light on the extent to which type of applicability ijtihad was summoned as the profession of the jurist in the field of Islamic sciences to the various tools of the human sciences that would serve to rationalize and repay it, so this research tried to propose a scientific vision that reveals how to achieve this integration so that we get out from the time of debate between religious sciences and worldly sciences to the time of cross-fertilization, integration and coexistence the cognitive, which will inevitably be a tributary of the Islamic civilization and assisting in the civilization, human, urban and existential witnesses.
