Abstract EN

This study aimed to test the nature of the impact of administrative empowerment on the job engagement of employees in the Directoion of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Jijel, where the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting data from the sample of 130 workers in the institution, which was determined by a random sampling method.

The results of the study concluded that administrative empowerment has a positive impact on the job engagement of company workers due to the effect of delegation, work teams, motivation, training and education, and the study also found that effective communication has no impact on job engagement for employees.
