The title of this research : necessity in the evidence of the book of the confidant of Ibn Asfour, the first section, and its purpose was to provide a simple and adequate definition of necessities and Ibn Asfour and his close book.

the study followed the inductive and analytical approach and reached the following conclusions : 1 Ibn Asfour declares before he mentions the witness the word "necessity" a lot, and sometimes only the word "rare", "very little.

2 Ibn Asfour cited evidence of necessity under the name : cancellation of work, delusion, little hearing, ugliest necessities.

3 the necessities come once to agree on the opticians and once to the Kufian agreement, and once to different.
