The phenomenon of urbanization and sedentariness is considered the finest achievement reached by man, as it is the product of civilization or it is civilization in itself.

it came as a result of man's interaction with his civilized environment under a general concept of Islam, and Yathrib is the first nucleus of the Islamic city, in which the new Islamic society was prepared in the light of the values and teachings of Islam.

al-Madinah al-Munawwarah later became a model for other Islamic cities that were established in parallel with the continuation of the Islamic conquests such as, -al-baṣrah-Kūfa, Wāsiṭ and Kiroun, and they became major cultural centers and capitals of the Islamic states that were founded later.
