This research paper seeks to present the semantic linguistic efforts found in one of the modern Qur'anic interpretations "faculties of letters of light" by the Turkish interpreter Badia al-Zaman Saeed al-Norsi, which provides many issues of significance in which he combines the interpretive heritage approach at the time, and his own approach that reflects his personality at another time, and our approach was to present the issue and then give it the opinion of Norsi, with the opinions of other scholars, we arrive at the end of the article to gather his semantic opinions, which in part reflected a special effort, a special environment, special circumstances, and in the end he provided a different interpretation, aimed at interpreting the religious facts of the Qur'an.
