Abstract EN

The subject of sports facilities and their relationship to religious beliefs in Proconsular Africa through the texts of Latin inscriptions deals with the relationship of roman sports and their facilities with the nature of religious beliefs and the way they are celebrated in the province of Proconsular Africa mentioned in the texts of Latin inscriptions, where I first made a statistical study of all roman sports facilities in the studied area mentioned in this important category of sources and then tried to extract the relationship between them and the various religious practices and beliefs by addressing those religious ceremonies that were held to celebrate and honor the gods.
