Abstract EN

The present study aimed to reveal the relationship between social representations of therapy and witchcraft among a sample of witchcraft sufferers and those who are about to be treated with Roquiyah in the light of some personal variables (gender, place of residence, social state).

for this purpose, the social representations of therapy and witchcraft scale was applied, which numbered 18 items, this is after confirming the psychometric properties of this scale.

the study sample amounted to (86) cases distributed among the aforementioned personal variables.

in order to answer this problem, both descriptive and inferential statistics were used.

and the study concluded with the following results : -there is a relationship between social representations of therapy and witchcraft.

-there are no differences in the social representations of the therapy and witchcraft, depending on the gender variable.

-there are no differences in the social representations of the therapy and witchcraft, depending on the place of residence variable.

-there are no differences in the social representations of therapy and witchcraft, depending on the social state variable.
