Therefore, we seek in this research to show the interest of the jurisprudential, fundamental, and intentional lesson in it.

What are the manifestations of that interest in reality? And that is what we will try to explain in the two sections: The first topic: interest in blocking pretexts in assets and jurisprudence.

The second topic: blocking the excuses for the purposeful ones, while recalling applied models in each of the four schools of jurisprudence separately.

In the end, we reached many results, including: The rule of blocking the excuses differed around it in terms of theorizing, as for branching, everyone builds on it.
