Abstract EN

The idea of this article revolves around highlighting examples of Islamic Maghreb jurists who excelled in Islamic jurisprudence and became famous in it.

This study aims to identify the reasons for the scientific and epistemological brilliance of our previous jurists, and in this article I followed the inductive and demonstrative (representative) method, and made it in an introduction, two sections and a conclusion, the first topic: a brief translation of each of Al-Maqri, Al-Talmisani and Al-Wancharisi.

The second topic: the features of innovation and creativity of Imam Al-Muqari, Al-Tilmisani and Al-Wancharisi.

The research concluded by explaining the reasons for the scientific ingenuity of the jurists of the Islamic Maghreb by knowing the most prominent innovative features that were included in their jurisprudence and fundamental books, and the extent of their impact on Islamic jurisprudence schools within the framework of the jurisprudence industry and the education of the queen of diligence.
