Abstract EN

The aim of this paper is to examine the subject about, plea bargaining as one of the most important issues that negotiated justice has given rise to.

After highlighting its concept of its legal characteristics and nature, as well as its various procedural phases, it has become evident that it is unique to a self-contained system and an effective remedy for slow justice.

The problem of this research revolves around the distinctive manner in which this system conducts public proceedings, through which the litigation is terminated in a very short time.

Despite the impressive results of this system, and despite the widespread use of it by all Anglo-Saxon and Latin countries, the Algerian legislature has not adopted it as far as the clock is concerned, despite the clear legal controls on which negotiated justice is based
