This article tackles the status of parliamentary opposition in the Moroccan Constitution through a commentary on its article 10.

Has granted a number of rights to the parliamentary opposition to allow them to participate effectively in political and parliamentary life.

Among the most important constitutional rights granted by the founder to the parliamentary opposition, are the right to participate actively in the legislation, to control the work of the government, the right to express and express opinions, representation in the bodies of both chambers of the parliament and to inform the Constitutional about the constitutionality of a law.
