Abstract EN

This study aims to know the concept of information technology and its role in embodying job performance within sports facilities, and highlighting its importance, as well as the extent to which job performance is improved in order to raise the level of efficiency.

The sample of 40 employees were chosen by the comprehensive survey method, and the study tool was the questionnaire, and the most important results reached show us that the sports facility is aware of the extent of its role by establishing the organizational framework through which technological means can be provided to otivate employees, by providing the material means that Allow the human resource to achieve its goals.
