تهدف الدراسة الى إبراز دور الأنشطة الرياضية المكيفة في الرفع من مستوى جودة الحياة لدى المعاقين حركيا.
و لهذا الغرض إستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي على عينة مكونة من 61 معاق حركيا ممارسي وغير ممارسي النشاط الرياضي المكيف و تنحصر أعمارهم مابين(20-40) سنة، و لجمع البينات إستخدمنا مقياس جودة الحياة المصمم من قبل منظمة الصحة العالمية و هو يتكون من (26) فقرة و يتضمن إختبار أربع مجلات، و من خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها و ما أسفرت عنه تبين أن للأنشطة الرياضية المكيفة دور كبير في الرفع من مستوى جودة الحياة لدى المعاقين حركيا
Abstract EN
The study aims to highlight the role of adapted sports activities in raising the quality of life for the physicallydisabled.
For this purpose, we used the descriptive approach on a sample of 61 physically challenged practitioners and non-practitioners of adapted sports, their ages ranged between (20-40) years.
