كانت لبايلك الغرب خصوصيته بحكم موقعه الإستراتيجي و ظروفه الداخلية و الخارجية المرتبطة بالإضطرابات الداخلية، و بالتهديدات الخارجية لسلاطين المغرب الأقصى و الإحتلال الإسباني لوهران، و هو ما جعله يتميز بالطابع العسكري قبل 1792م، هذه الظروف و العوامل فرضت وجود بايات قادرين على التحكم في الأوضاع و التصدي للتهديدات و العمل على إسترجاع وهران كالباي مصطفي بوشلاغم المسراتي.
يتمحور مقالنا الموسوم ب: " الباي مصطفي بوشلاغم المسراتي (1686م – 1734م) و جهوده في فتح وهران الأول 1708م" حول فترة حكم الباي مصطفي بوشلاغم المسراتي و جهوده في توسيع حدود البايلك، وفي استرجاع وهران من الإحتلال الإسباني سنة 1708م
Abstract EN
The West's beylek had its specificity due to its strategic location and internal and external circumstances associated with internal disturbances, and external threats, these circumstances and factors imposed the existence of bayat able to control the situation and address threats and work to recover oran.
Our article, entitled "Bey Mustapha bouchlaghem Al-Masrati (1686-1734 AD) and his efforts in Open of oran I 1708", revolves around the reign of Bey Mustapha Bouchlaghem al-Masrati and his efforts in expanding the borders of the Beylek, and in recapturing Oran from the Spanish occupation in 1708.
