Abstract EN

This study tackles the behaviors stemming from a reaction in the Islamic Sharia by defining the reaction-based behavior as an emotion that affects the eligible person and may cause him to lose balance while making any decision.

The study mentioned the Scholars’ extent of considering behaviors that arise from a reaction, and how they sometimes confirm its effect and ignore it in other instances due to its invalidity, in addition to weighing the consideration of important things against the consideration of essential and more important things.

The study adopted an inductive and analytical approach and concluded that the reaction that is among the innate acts is not subject to obligation.

However, the obligation is related to acts committed beyond the requirements of the original innate and natural acts, as people are not judged for the innate behaviors born with them.

They are rather ordered to improve their acts and guide their behaviors.

So whoever neglects this will be punished for it, and whoever is righteous and does good deeds will be rewarded for his righteousness.

Therefore, the reaction has precepts considering the incentives and results, as well as the apparent acts, goals and intentions.
