This study aimed to identify the level of workplace bullying practiced on nurses.

a study was conducted on a sample consisting of 200 nurses from the university hospital of Oran, and by using the negative acts questionnaire (NAQ), it was concluded the following results:- nurses suffer from a moderate level of workplace bullying, in the field of work- related bullying and the field of physical intimidating bullying, while they suffer from a high level in the field of bullying related to the person, the sources of workplace bullying practiced against nurses are respectively: patients, head of the nurses' office, families of patients, doctors, fellow nurses, director of the department.
