تهدف هذه الورقة إلى معرفة سبل ترقية الاستثمار السياحي الوطني من خلال الجهود المبذولة من قبل الدولة الجزائرية ومن المستثمرين لتطوير مشاريعهم الاستثمارية، حيث أن الاستثمار السياحي هو نشاط مهم وفعال لتطوير الاقتصاد.
وخلصت الدراسة على أن السياسة الوطنية للسياحة يجب أن ترتكز على مخطط رئيسي للتنمية على المدى الطويل بالسهر على توافقها مع عناصر الاستشراف المتعلقة بالقطاعات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على الصعيدين القبلي والبعدي للنشاط السياحي، ومن بين هذه العناصر يتعلق الأمر بتحديد الأولويات في مناطق التوسع السياحي.
Abstract EN
This paper aims to know ways to promote national tourism investment through the efforts made by the Algerian state and investors to develop their investment projects the study concluded that the national tourism policy should be based on a master plan for long-term development by ensuring its compatibility with the foresight elements related to the economic and social sectors.
among these elements, it is related to setting priorities in the areas of tourism expansion.
