Abstract EN

This research is a statistical analytical study aiming to analyze the variations in different geographical regions among married women in the age group of (45-49 years) considering their social and economic characteristics and indicators of the various stages of their reproductive life, through the MICS 6 database.

we concluded that most of the statistically significant differences were found between the northern regions, and the Hauts Plateaux area and the Southern region.

the impact of the geographical region was greater on live births and the period between the first and last childbearing.

the variations in reproductive behavior is related to the different levels of encouraging factors or discouraging procreation.

we also found that the central Hauts Plateaux are the region that was characterized by the highest indicators of fertility.
