The study aimed to identify the availability of the characteristics of the educated organization at Medea university from the viewpoint of lecturers, class "A" at the faculty of economic, commercial and management sciences, and to identify the statistically significant differences in the answers of the individuals of the study sample belong to each characteristic separately, and the study has reached the least available characteristics of the educated organization are from the point of view of the study sample individuals is the feature of providing knowledge and access to it, and the most available characteristics of the educated organization are available in the university from the viewpoint of the members of the study sample due to the property of empowerment, and the degree of availability of characteristics ranged between medium and high, as the study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences in the answers of the study sample individuals about the availability of the characteristics of the educated organization at Medea university, and the study also aimed to present proposals for the development of the university to move towards achieving the educated organization.
