تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين مهارات التفكير الميتامعرفي (التخطيط، والتحكم) واكتساب المعارف العلمية لدى الطلبة المتربصين بمعهد التعليم والتكوين المهني، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، بحيث تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين مهارات التفكير الميتامعرفي (التخطيط، والتحكم) واكتساب المعارف العلمية لدى الطلبة المتربصين في تخصص تسيير الموارد البشرية، وذلك لتحقق فرضياتها الجزئية المتعلقة بعدم وجود فروقا بين الجنسين في استخدام مهارات التفكير الميتامعرفي.
Abstract EN
The current study aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between metacognitive thinking skills (planning, control) and a acquiring scientific concepts among the students waiting at the institute of vocational education and training, the researcher reached the following results:- there is a correlation between metacognitive thinking skills and a acquiring scientific concepts among students who are trainees, in order to achieve partial hypotheses the are no gender différences in thinking skills.
