Abstract EN

This study deals with the research, the subject of traditional carpentry industry in the Bani Rashid region in Relizane, by analyzing some of the interviews conducted in the region with the aim of studying the role of this industry in developing cultural heritage through its characteristics, the symbols it contains, the connotations and meanings it conveys, and the position it occupies in this region, its relationship with the Algerian cultural heritage in general, and the region’s heritage in particular, by presenting a historical overview of the region, the manufacture of the carpet, and its meanings and connotations related to the cultural heritage.
