During this study, the researcher tries to stand at the prospects for democratic transformation in Tunisia after 2010 based on what the Tunisian political scene witnessed after the fall of the ben Ali regime, as it faced several embarrassments throughout the transitional period, and was subjected to many pressures and social and economic difficulties, as well as concessions, both between the new rulers themselves or between them and the old regime, and given the importance of the issue of the revolution in Tunisia and the fall of the ben Ali regime, we will try in this paper to address the prospects for transition and democratic transformation in Tunisia after 2010 by focusing on the elements of the desired transition to build political institutions based on legitimacy.
