The basis for Ar' identities is the Arabic language and only through it, the individual acquires his citizenship, which is considered a right guaranteed by linguistic norms.

In other words, giving the official/national language its rights by obtaining its natural status without violating the rights of national languages or preventing the scientific use of foreign languages.

Therefore, the present research attempts to shed light on the sociological situation in Algeria, especially that Algeria pursues a policy of multilingualism; thus, the questions that need to be addressed are: Does this policy adopt a fair functional distribution that takes into account the rights of coexisting languages? And if Algeria pursued the demarcation process of Tamazight in 2016 (which is a constitutional gain that carries with it a recognition of Amazigh citizenship) does this demarcation respect the systemic maturity of languages?
