The public official is obligated in accordance with the Basic law of Public service Ordinance 06-03 and Ordinance 09-21 not to disclose professional secrets in general, and classified information and documents related to public authorities in particular, in the event of a breach of it, he is responsible.

The research problem revolves around what are the obligations of the public official in accordance with Ordinance 09-21 to secure classified information and documents issued by the relevant authorities, and the responsibilities arising from violating them§ In this study, I relied on the descriptive analytical approach, through which I reached conclusions, including that Ordinance 09-21does not affect the citizen's constitutional right to access information and documents.
