The general land cadastre process, the establishment of a real estate card group, permits to create a land register allowing the owner to obtain a very important document as an identity card for the property owned expressed with the land register by the Algerian legislator, which is an administrative decision with absolute argument to confront others, issued by a competent administrative authority that is the land conservation, the only basis for proof in cadastral property, and at the same time, it acquires substantial probative power and can be reconsidered only through an appeal to the judiciary.
