Organisations are facing a major challenges due to the recent scientific and technological changes, this in turn obliged organization to keep pace with these changes through strategic management approach that fit this situation, and through high performance that guarantees a higher level and a considerable competitive position among organizations in the marketplace, this study aims to identify the extent to which strategic management contribute to improve and develop organizations’ performance, to this end we conducted a case study at condor electronic corporation.

the study population consisted of 60 individuals.

to fulfill the purposes of the study, a self-administered questionnaire was developed and distributed; data were analyzed using the SPSS24 program.

the study concluded that there is a positive and significant impact between the strategic diagnosis dimensions and performance development.
