Abstract EN

The present study focused studying the relationship between psychological stress and job satisfaction among a sample of women working in the health sector in the states of Tizi Ouzou and Boumerde.

where the study sample consisted of 200 workers were used the psychological and after the statical analysis of the study stress questionnaire and job satisfaction questionnaire results using the statical system (SPSS 0.8).

the results of the study concluded that there is a weak relationship between psychological stress and job satisfaction.

also, there are statistically significant differences between the sample members about psychological pressure according to the factors of age, marital status and years of experience.
