Abstract EN

This work aims to clarify the impact of strategic planning on the outstanding performance of the Algerian industrial enterprise, as we relied on the analysis of data collected from the DRIZ branch of Sonatrach, as well as the annual reports.

The study concluded that the rapid changes in the competitive environment affect the Algerian economic institution, hinder its growth, continuity, and achievement of outstanding performance.

This appears in the decisions taken to improve performance, which necessitates the need to adopt modern and advanced management methods, the most prominent of strategic planning, as the basic requirement to achieve the objectives of the economic institution, by linking it with its surroundings, which helps it in choosing the appropriate strategies to deal with the changes and complexities of the environment.
