This article aims to stand on the reality of the role of social relations of work within organisations in achieving organisational commitment among members of the organisation and this through an analytical theoretical study of a number of basic concepts in the process of managing organisations with an emphasis on social relations of work and their organisational links related to management and management of work relations, including the role of functional and organisational commitment in achieving the goals of the organisation.
