يعد الإرهاب البيولوجي أحد أكبر التحديات التي تواجه الأمن في منطقة المتوسط؛ لاسيما وأن الإرهاب الحديث يحاول إيجاد طرق و أساليب جديدة تمكنه من تحقيق أهدافه بأقل الخسائر.
و هو ما دفع بدول منطقة المتوسط إلى العمل على مواجهة مختلف التهديدات التي تعترض الأمن الإنساني بكل أبعاده.

Bioterrorism is one of the greatest challenges to security in the Mediterranean region; In particular, modern terrorism tries to find new ways and methods that enable it to achieve its objectives with minimal losses.
This has led the Mediterranean countries to address the various threats to human security in all its dimension.
As the phenomenon of viruses spreads to achieve the goals of States, groups or individuals aim, this paper aims to examine the extent to which terrorists can benefit from the use of biological weapons and carry out terrorist attacks by focusing on the repercussions of the corona epidemic
