Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying the risk-taking behaviours in mentally disabled children particularly teenagers according to the standpoint of the interdisciplinary crew.

The descriptive and analytical approach has been adopted in order to achieve the study's targets.

Interviews have been conducted too as a tool to collect data all with a sample consisting of 26 competent working on two establishments, located in annaba, specialized in psychological and educational car.

Data have been processed by the content analysis technique.

The risk-taking behaviours may happen with mentally disabled teenagers the type, the level of the handicap and the type of accompanying disorders have a role in emerging risk-taking behaviour: such as psychosis, schizophrenia, autism, and down syndrome.

The most prominent behaviours are: physical and sexual abuse, trespassing.
