تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع تحليل العمل في ظل الرقمنة بمصلحة الحالة المدنية، حيث استعمل الباحثان المنهج الوصفي و الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 30 موظفا، شملت الأمين العام للبلدية و المسؤولين المباشرين في المصلحة و رؤساء الفروع و أعوان الشباك ضمن 11 فرعا بلديا.
خلصت الدراسة إلى انه لا توجد أي دراية لدى القائمين على مصلحة الحالة المدنية أو العاملين فيها و إنه لا توجد أي فروق بين القائمين على المصلحة و الموظفين في مستوى هذه الدراية
Abstract EN
The current study aims to reveal the fact of job- analysis in light of digitization in the civil status; where the researchers used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a main tool.
A sample of the study consisted of 30 employees, including the general secretary of the municipality, direct officials in the authority, heads of branches and office agents within 11 municipal branches.
The study concluded that there is no knowledge among those in charge of the civil status department or its employees, and that there are no differences between those in charge of the department and employees in the level of this knowledge
