Abstract EN

The following study aims to review the most important determinants of entrepreneurship that affect women's orientation towards entrepreneurship in Algeria.

to achieve these goals, a descriptive field study is conducted based on the case study method and the structured interview as a tool for data collection, as it was applied to a sample of 25 female entrepreneurs in Setifcity as a model.

the study concluded that despite the fact that women have the charismatic characteristics required by the entrepreneurial act, and the state’s efforts to support women’s entrepreneurial projects, they are unable to move towards the practice of entrepreneurial action due to problems related to financing and marketing their products.

in addition to the restrictions imposed by the surrounding cultural and social environment that prevent its ability to develop or sustain its projects in many cases.
