Abstract EN

The study aimed to analyze the relationship between the public and private sectors in governance perspective, by taking in consideration the most important global models adopted in this field, and the study concluded that there is an increasing interest in the international and local levels in many countries in the partnership governance between the public and private sectors to stimulate the private sector to invest in infrastructure projects, the study also concluded that the UAE is among the leading models in this field, as it has achieved an advanced position globally in the infrastructure competitiveness index, due to the partnership governance between the public and private sectors which encouraged the local and foreign private sector to enroll in developing and enhance infrastructure projects in various fields.
