The study aimed to know the level of self-control and administrative control of a sample of Amar Thelidji University employees in Laghouat, and to identify the significance of the differences in self-prevention averages and their importance according to the professional category and seniority at work, using the descriptive approach and applying a questionnaire prepared by the researchers, on a sample of 80 employees ( Administrators - professors), and after confirming the psychometric properties of the study tool and statistical treatment of the data, we came to the following results: - The level of administrative control and self-censorship among the employees of Amar Thelidji University in Laghouat is low.

-There are no differences in the degrees of self-censorship among the employees of Amar Thelidji University in Laghouat according to the professional category or seniority at work.
